In just 5 short days we will sign all the final papers.

And the big moving process will begin!

Almost To Close On The New House....

 Hello dear readers...
We will be closing on the house a week from today!
September 25th.
So I wanted to do a quick update today before things get too busy.

August House Update....

Okay it is time to get the blog caught up on the new build!

When we last spoke we were bricking the house.

Now all the trim is up and since this picture we have garage doors.

Finally --- The Brick Revealed!

So over the last couple weeks I've been a bit worried over our brick and how it would look.

Our new home is all brick, so this is a pretty big deal.

Because when it arrived it did not look exactly like how the sample we picked out looked.

It's pretty amazing how fast it is coming together.
I've been told the inside won't be so fast!

First Pictures of the New House (Construction Updates #1)

After two months of getting approvals and such...

We officially began construction the middle of May on our new home.

This was the end of last week.... I shared this on FB and Instagram that they had started framing.

It was neat to see the rooms laid out.

 And here is less than a week later.

Starting With A Firm Foundation

Yes, finally after all this wait....

They are starting on the house this week!
YEAH!!!

No, nothing really to show you.
Unless you like to see a porta-potty,
rebarb and concrete blocks.

But it is so great to see something happening at our lot!

So I wanted to share with you something I did at the Farmhouse.
And something I am doing this week for this home...

I am burying a Bible in the Foundation Of Our Home.
