First Fall House Post - The Antique Hutch Cabinet

Oh my am a glad to share this post!
After over two weeks with no internet--- I am back!!
We are moved into the new house...
but the lines were not connected to the services.
So it took much longer than we expected!

But yeah.. as of this afternoon we are all hooked up.
And I am happy to share a new fall post!
This cabinet is my "save" piece... as in saved from the dumpster.
It literally is falling apart.
And is beat up... and I am going to add some stain and new knobs and pulls.
But I love it's size and simple lines.
And it is such a great display piece.
Yes, it is still got some good grime and dust...
like everything that has been in storage, it needs a good scrubbing.
But it made it from Indiana, to a storage garage... to the house in one piece.
And so did the ironstone dishes.
So far the only thing broken was a glass pumpkin and a few nicks on antique frames.
But that just adds character right?
So here is a peek at the new rugs and curtains....
I am loving the blue in this room.
So is everything unpacked and how I want it?
Not even close... but it's getting there.

Thanks so much for stopping by!
I will share move very soon....Brooke
